Our main management team consists of experts in the cleaning service industry with more than 30 years of experience. Possessing a wealth of knowledge about the needs of our clients, they are able to assess each project and plan the best course of action. The company also has a new generation of managers who have helped modernized the operational workflow of the company as well as develop and seek out new technologies to help achieve the best result.

N.A.P. Service and Trading Co.,ltd's cleaning personnel are specially trained from our dedicated personnel training department. We also properly use high quality cleaning equipment and chemicals as well as safety equipment during our operations, which we have sent our staff to train directly with the equipment manufactures. In the case of heavy machineries, we have invited experts from the manufactures and official dealers both domestically and internationally to come train our staff at our training center. These trainings will help inform and let our staff operate the machineries in a proper and safe manner.

To ensure the highest quality of service we have specially appointed inspectors for each of our departments to regularly assess the performance of our personnel on each project in each jurisdiction around the country. Our inspectors will record and report any problems or performance that does not meet standard back to our headquarter. Our team of managers and inspectors will then have meetings to discuss and assess the problems and come up with solutions to prevent the same mistake from happening again.
