ISO 9001 is an international standard certification for quality of management. It ensures that an organization employs
a certain level of management and operational processes with checks and balances in order to deliver good products or services to the customers. The employees of certified organizations must be trained and familiar with the proper operational methods and responsibilities, they will also be regularly audited and assessed to make sure that they are following the system.
Any deviation will be corrected and further checks are implemented to prevent future mistakes. Currently the latest ISO 9001:2015 standard has also added other requirements such as the understanding of the organization and the context of the organization. The understanding of the needs and expectations of the stakeholders are also expected to be taken into account and used to manage the opportunities and risks. Other important requirements are also included to help develop an organization for sustainable future success.
ISO 14001:2015 international standard certification is an environmental management system for organization to use to manage its impact and responsibility on the environment. This
voluntary standard defines many requirements for an organization to follow in its operational processes. It helps the organization to fulfill compliance obligations, address risks and opportunities and manage environmental aspects, in turn creating value for the organization, stakeholders and the environment.
This standard certification can be used for organizations of any size and type and can be adapted to be suitable for the processes, services or products of each organization. The life cycles of products or services will be taken into account and the standard can be used for all or selected activities of the organization to help better manage the environmental impact in a more effective manner.
UKAS or United Kingdom Accreditation Service is the national accreditation body for the United Kingdom that is internationally accepted. Organizations accredited by UKAS have displayed honest and effective management and services with the utmost
quality. The accreditation is an important foundation and certification of an organization's continual development and improvement to deliver the best products and services to its customers. This standard is also part of the ISO 9001:2015 UKAS Quality Management Standard.
QA or Quality Assurance International is another accreditation body of the United Kingdom that focuses on the internal management of an organization. It aims to maintain the standard of organizations that
